Alright, I gotta be real with you.
When I first started this whole journey;
Newsletter, YouTube, Twitter, SaaS
I thought I was making progress.
And guess what i was using to track my progress?
NUMBERS
I tracked numbers.
Obsessively.
10 subs. 20 subs. 50 subs.
Aaahhh but the thing is..
I wasn’t growing; I was just seeing the numbers go up and down.
So yeah, today I gotta share some stuff I learnt
Because if you’re starting out; creator, founder, whatever; you’re probably making these mistakes too…
(don’t make these mistakes; please)
1)COPY PASTING AI
uhm don’t judge please…
But not gonna lie, the first 2 months I was in X and my first 7 newsletter issue’s were completely AI generated…
And the thing is…
It looked so clearly AI generated
(I didn’t realize this back then okay)
Discipline > Motivation.
You won’t always feel like it.
Do it anyway.
Winners show up — tired, scared, unready.
But they show up.

PLEASE DON’T JUDGE MEEEE; I DON’T USE MUCH AI NOW…
So coming back…
U see the engagement right?
Its low af
LOW AF
And why is that?
There’s nothing in it; like literal nothing.
SOULLESS.
FORGETABLE.
SHIT.
(imagine how bad it was that I myself call it “shit”)
So, AI didn’t save me; it slowed me…
A LOT
When I stopped copy-pasting, well this is what happened
i just went down to the pitch to sit down fr a while n chill..
this kid comes up to me; i think he's around 7y
he asked me "hw r u?"
n we had a lil chat
crazy thing in the end he looks at me n says
"u r fun to talk with"
I didnt know who he was 40m ago..
he js made my day

Do u see the “story”?
2)Doing everything alone
I tried to be a one-person army. (I ain’t succeed at that)
Writing.
Editing.
Designing.
Posting.
Yeah, I think u know what happened..
BURNOUT.
It’s actually simple
Ask for help.
Collaborate.
basically,
TALK TO PEOPLE..
I was on reddit just a few days ago, and I had a lil chat with this 15 year old. dude’s just in high school; and he runs a business.
He runs a newsletter that contains hand-picked advice on business strategy and marketing.
You won’t regret checking it out
3)Foundation is important AF
I skipped the basics.
I thought I could wing it.
(I failed like hell)
Look,
I wanted to grow on Twitter but didn’t even know how to write a good hook.
(I still don’t, but yeah ngl I hv improved)
I wanted to run a newsletter but didn’t learn how to structure an email.
(I still suck at it.. but there’s improvement and that’s all that matters in the long run)
I wanted to edit videos but didn’t even bother learning pacing.
FOUNDATION MATTERS LIKE F.
These are the three things I have learnt so far in 3 months..
-DONT COPY PASTE AI
-CONNECT, BUILD FRIENDSHIPS & ASK FOR HELP
-FOUNDATION IS IMPORTANT AF
not gonna lie at all, I m actually glad I made them; there’s just so much I have learnt..
That’s my journey so far.
I’m 12.
I’m building in public.
My goal is to be a millionaire before 20.
Catch ya soon,
Kanishkha
Have a great week,
Take care.
Until next time :)
